MENU SUGGESTIONS
We specialize in institutional catering, successfully handling  functions up to 3,500 in number and can provide a full service - equipment, personnel, utensils, etc. Buffet tables are always tastefully decorated and food attractively garnished.
We can include ice carvings,  butter sculptures, food carvings.

The following are sample menus. You can select each as is, or create your own menu, using different components of each, then call us ( 626 2447/8/9 ) for a quotation.

You can also ask about our Gift Certificates to give to friends and family: Prepared Ham , Prepared stuffed Turkey, Cold Platters etc
